This Hand Weight is suitable for a range of hand and arm exercises and is ideal for rehabilitation and physiotherapy use following injury. To promote hygiene and durability the Hand Weight has a seamless plastic coating that prevents the ingress of dirt, moisture and bacteria, this also ensures the weight is easily wiped clean. Vinyl Hand Weights are available in a range of 5 different weights, all of which are available in this section of the website. Each weight is also colour coded to allow for a quick and accurate visual recognition.
